Overview

The Pirna City Festival 2025 took place traditionally in June, transforming the Renaissance Old Town into a continuous festival mile for three days. The main stage at the market square featured renowned artists, several courtyard stages offered cover bands and crafts, and the courtyards and alleys provided gastronomy and culinary delights, making the weekend a tourist attraction at the gateway to Saxon Switzerland.

In 2025, the Pirna City Festival once again brought three days of live music, culinary experiences, courtyard entertainment, and family fun to the Old Town. The Renaissance backdrop around the market square, the town hall, and the Canaletto houses once again provided a magnificent setting for a festival mile that annually makes Pirna a magnet for visitors from Dresden, Berlin, and all of Saxony.
