For decades, SV Bonlanden has established its Pentecost Tournament as a fixture in the southern German youth football scene. Teams from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and occasionally France participate every year — many return repeatedly over the years, which has strengthened the personal bonds between the clubs.

In 2025, the tournament ran in its proven format. The Humboldtstraße sports grounds provided the playing infrastructure, and Fildorado offered the festive setting on Sunday evening. For the young players, participation often means their first international encounter in sports — an experience that shapes them beyond the actual game.
