Edition 2025 — Pfingstmusikfest

The Pfingstmusikfest Köngen 2025 took place from June 6th to 9th, 2025. Four days with marquee entertainment, live music, and the traditional Whitsun market on Whit Monday with around 250 vendors and up to 30,000 visitors. The Musikverein Köngen once again organized the proven mix of folk festival, music, and market.

Proven Edition in 2025

In 2025, the Pfingstmusikfest and Pfingstmarkt in Köngen once again attracted the usual number of visitors — up to 30,000 guests on Whit Monday, plus thousands of visitors on the marquee evenings Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Musikverein Köngen conducted the four-day festival with the familiar program structure — Ecumenical service on Sunday, family program with the youth band, live bands on Saturday evening, and a market on Whit Monday.

Preparation for 2026 with New Marquee

After the 2025 festival ended, preparations began for the 2026 edition — with an important innovation: the new marquee, which will replace the old one. The investment strengthens seating capacity and acoustics. The 2026 edition will follow from May 22nd to 25th, 2026, with the established four-day schedule.
