Edition 2025 — Pfingstkirmes Gütersloh
The Pfingstkirmes Gütersloh 2025 took place successfully on the market square during the Pentecost weekend. With its opening on Pentecost Friday, three cannon shots, and 15 minutes of free rides, the funfair once again attracted thousands of visitors from Gütersloh and the district. The Ferris wheel, roller coaster, dodgems, and the Pentecost fireworks were the main attractions — four days of city center fun, as Gütersloh residents have known for generations.
In 2025, the city of Gütersloh hosted its traditional Pfingstkirmes on the market square. Over two dozen rides, stalls, and food stands were spread across Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and Bismarckstraße. The opening featured three cannon shots, free rides, and Pentecost fireworks on Friday evening. The Pfingstkirmes remains one of Ostwestfalen's central folk festivals and a must-attend event for Gütersloh families.
