The Perleberg Christmas Market 2025 was held as is traditional on the Großer Markt — five days of Advent magic in the historic center of the Roland city. Mayor Axel Schmidt opened the market together with children from Perleberg's kindergartens and schools — a tradition that has shaped the festival for years.
Advent Market 2025 — Proven Tradition
The 2025 edition opened on December 17th with the traditional opening by Mayor Axel Schmidt and children from local kindergartens and schools. As every year, decorated stalls offered Christmas items, regional specialties, and culinary delights. A diverse stage program featuring choirs, brass groups, and school performances entertained visitors from the Prignitz and neighboring Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on all five market days.
