The 2025 season of the Pellworm Orgelsommer followed the tried-and-tested rhythm: Wednesday concerts by candlelight from late June to late September, featuring internationally acclaimed organists. Children's concerts in the afternoon and organ tours complemented the main program. The season once again confirmed the series' reputation as one of the most charming North German summer programs for lovers of historic organs.
2025 Season
As in previous years, the Pellworm Orgelsommer 2025 delighted audiences with an international lineup of artists on the Schnitger Organ. The blend of a historic instrument, candlelight, and the Frisian island setting proved successful once again — and the audience's willingness to donate continues to ensure the preservation of this unique instrument.
