Pear Festival 2025 in Retrospect — Combined with 725th Anniversary Celebration

2025 was a special year for Groß Kreutz: the municipality celebrated its 725th anniversary, and the traditional Pear Festival was combined with the anniversary program. This resulted in a particularly large event that expanded the classic pear format with anniversary elements — parade, historical exhibition, larger stage program.

Even in this expanded form, the pear remained the central culinary theme: Havelland varieties for tasting and purchase, pear cake, pear brandy, and pear specialties. The organizers were the Kulturförderverein Groß Kreutz e.V. together with the municipality. Free admission.
