Edition 2025 — European Weeks Passau
The 73rd Passau European Weeks Festival 2025 offered a high-caliber classical, jazz, and folklore program in Eastern Bavaria, Upper Austria, and Bohemia from late June to late July. As every year, the festival brought together around 50 events in 30 venues over five weeks, attracting music lovers from across the three-country region.
The 2025 edition continued the long-standing tradition: top-class orchestras, international soloists, and genre crossovers between classical, jazz, klezmer, and folklore. The Festival Office, reachable at the well-known number +49 851 56096-26, coordinated advance ticket sales, while ReserviX handled online processing.
The events took place in the EW Hall and St. Stephen's Cathedral in Passau, as well as in St. Michael's Collegiate Church, the Asam Basilica, venues in the Bavarian Forest, and cross-border stages in the Upper Austrian Innviertel and the Bohemian Šumava region. With this consistent structure, the European Weeks have established themselves as a cultural bridge for the region over 73 years.
