The 17th Ottonenlauf took place on August 2, 2025. Three distances with starts in Stiege, Alexisbad, and Meisdorf led again via the Selketal-Stieg trail to the finish in Quedlinburg.

Last year's edition followed the proven concept with a Supermarathon (69 km), Marathon (45 km), and Half Marathon (26 km), with a common finish line in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Quedlinburg.
