Osterfeuer of the Rickling Volunteer Fire Brigade

The Osterfeuer 2025 in Rickling continued the tradition as the most important spring festival of the Volunteer Fire Brigade. Over the weeks before Easter, the comrades had piled up the woodpile, and on Holy Saturday evening, it was lit. Villagers and guests from the surrounding communities in the Segeberg district gathered around the fire, the FFW Rickling provided food and drinks, and the atmosphere was as always: relaxed, intergenerational, firmly rooted in the Northern German Easter tradition.
