Edition 2025 — OSTEN Festival

The 2025 edition continued the festival started in 2023 and definitively established OSTEN as a fixture of Central German off-culture. Wolfen-Nord and Zschornewitz were also the central venues in 2025.

The 2025 edition further expanded the dialogue with the residents of Bitterfeld-Wolfen: accessible formats, neighborhood festivals in Wolfen-Nord, and industrial history around the Zschornewitz power plant shaped the program. The OSTEN Festival once again positioned itself as a festival that connects art and the region rather than separating them.
