Edition 2025 — Organ Summer Schwerin
The 2025 Organ Summer at St. Paul's Church Schwerin offered Sunday concerts between June and August on the Friese III organ from 1869. International organists and regional church musicians interpreted works from the Baroque, Romantic, and Modern periods – free of charge and with artist talks after each concert.
The 2025 summer edition continued the tradition of Sunday concerts. On various Sundays between June and August, soloists from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and beyond performed on the historic Friese III organ. The format, with an introduction and artist talk, once again proved popular and solidified the Organ Summer as a fixture in Schwerin's church music scene.
