Overview
The 60th edition of the festival in 2025 fell on the Pentecost weekend from June 7th to 9th and was marked by the anniversary: for six decades, the Volkstrachtenverein Ochsenfurt has hosted the Bratwurstfest on the Mainwiesen. As every year, the festival began with a festive parade from the market square to the festival tent, followed by the ceremonial beer tapping by the mayor. For three days, brass bands and popular bands from the Franconian region ensured full beer tents. The fireworks display on Pentecost Monday at dusk provided the traditional closing point.
