Overview

The third edition of the Oberpfälzer Zoigltag took place on September 14, 2025, in the five Zoigl towns of Eslarn, Falkenberg, Mitterteich, Neuhaus, and Windischeschenbach. From 10 AM to 6 PM, the action day offered brewery tours, special exhibitions, hikes, and tastings centered around Zoigl beer, running parallel to the nationwide Day of the Open Monument.

The Oberpfälzer Zoigltag 2025 brought the five Zoigl towns together on September 14, 2025, for a joint program day. In Eslarn, the Zoigl Museum opened the day with a special presentation on communal brewing. Windischeschenbach combined its program with the Kirchweih (fair) and children's activities. In Neuhaus, the local museum presented a 40th-anniversary special exhibition, while Mitterteich opened its Zoigl pubs for a regional tasting program. Falkenberg attracted visitors with castle tours and a historic mill.

Shuttle buses connected the towns from approximately 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The format underscores the recognition of communal brewing with Zoigl as intangible cultural heritage in Bavaria and Germany.
