Overview

The Oberkirch Wine Festival 2025 took place from September 5th to 8th on the festival grounds at the Renchtalstadion. As every year, the Oberkirch Wine Princess opened the event on Friday evening with the barrel tapping. Four days of festivities with live bands, Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Renchtal specialties.

2025 Edition

The Oberkirch Wine Festival 2025 attracted visitors from all over the Ortenau district to the festival grounds at the Renchtalstadion for four days. With pleasant late summer weather, the Oberkirch Wine Princess opened the festival on Friday evening with the traditional barrel tapping.

The Sunday Frühschoppen with brass music, Saturday evening live concerts, and the cozy Monday closing day characterized the usual program. The Oberkirch Wine Cooperative and the region's private vintners reported good sales, with the 2024 Pinot Noir vintage being particularly well-received.
