Decentralized Tasting at the Wineries

The Nußdorfer Jahrgangspräsentation follows the principle of open courtyards: instead of a central exhibition hall, individual wineries in the village center open their courtyards, tasting rooms, and sometimes their wine cellars. Visitors walk from one winery to the next, tasting the new vintage directly from the producer.

The New Vintage in Focus

The presentation focuses on the current vintage – the wines from the previous harvest bottled in spring. Dry Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, young Pinot Noir, and cuvées are available on the tasting tables, depending on the winery's profile.

Nußdorf as a Wine Village

Nußdorf is one of the most densely populated wine-growing villages on the Südliche Weinstraße. Several well-known wineries with different styles – from classic dry to modern, nature-oriented – are concentrated in a small area. The vintage presentation brings together this diversity over a weekend.
