The 14th edition of the Nuremberg International Human Rights Film Festival took place in October 2024 at the Filmhaus Nürnberg. International films on human rights themes, an audience award, and the Open Eyes youth program characterized the festival.
As the NIHRFF is held biennially, 2024 marked the last edition before 2026. The 14th edition showcased curated international documentaries and feature films on human rights themes at the Filmhaus Nürnberg.
An international jury awarded the Human Rights Film Prize, complemented by the Audience Award and the Youth Jury Award. The Open Eyes educational program also involved schools and a young audience in 2024.
