Overview

The Nuremberg Carnival Parade 2025 took place on Carnival Sunday, March 2, 2025. As every year, the colourful convoy of Nuremberg carnival societies marched from Bayreuther Straße through the city centre to the Weißen Turm. Around 40 groups once again delighted around 100,000 spectators along the route. The children's carnival parade followed on Shrove Monday, March 3, 2025, through the old town.

The 2025 edition of the Nuremberg Carnival Parade was organised on March 2, 2025, by the Förderverein Nürnberger Fastnachtszug e.V. The main parade started at 1 PM on Bayreuther Straße and led through the city centre to the Weißen Turm – the classic route that has been used for decades.

Carnival societies, guards, music bands and showmen participated in the parade. Despite changeable late winter weather, tens of thousands of spectators lined the streets. On Shrove Monday, March 3, 2025, the children's carnival parade, organised by the city's Youth Welfare Office, followed as usual.
