Edition 2025 — Nürnberg Pop
The Nürnberg Pop Festival 2025 took place as usual in October in Nuremberg's Old Town — three festival days with around 100 acts in extraordinary locations. The program was characterized by a mix of established acts and showcases for newcomers; POP CONFERENCE, GUNDA Pop Culture Award, and NBG SOUNDS were featured as accompanying formats.
The 2025 edition continued the established concept of the decentralized showcase festival. Over three festival days, around 100 acts were presented in several waves at various locations in Nuremberg's Old Town.
The mix of international newcomer acts, established indie bands, and the Nuremberg music scene proved successful once again. The POP CONFERENCE offered panels and workshops on the music industry, and the GUNDA Pop Culture Award honored individuals and projects that made significant contributions to pop culture.
In recent years, the festival has established itself as Southern Germany's most important showcase event, attracting an increasingly international industry audience.
