The Neuss Wine Festival 2025 once again marked the start of the open-air season in North Rhine-Westphalia. Three days of German vintners on the Freithof, live music, Flammkuchen — the mix that has attracted thousands of wine lovers from the Rhineland and beyond every spring since 2001. In 2025, the Neuss Wine Festival already confirmed its position as the most important spring wine event in the Rhineland. The mix of German vintners with the current vintage, regional cuisine, and the beautiful setting of the Freithof next to the Romanesque Quirinus Minster makes the format unique. Many regular visitors travel from Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Mönchengladbach to experience the season's opening.
