Edition 2025 — New Year's Ski Jumping
The 73rd New Year's Ski Jumping in Garmisch-Partenkirchen was held on January 1, 2025, and was another highlight of the 2024/25 Four Hills Tournament. In front of a sold-out Olympic Ski Stadium, the world's best ski jumpers determined the course of the tournament standings around hill record holder Dawid Kubacki and his international competition.
The 2024/25 edition of the New Year's Ski Jumping took place on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at the Great Olympic Ski Jump. Official training and qualification were already completed on December 31, 2024.
The format with a trial round, competition round, and final round in front of more than 20,000 spectators followed the traditional procedure of the Four Hills Tournament. ARD broadcast the jump live, as on every New Year's Day when ski jumping is a must-see event for millions of winter sports fans in Germany.
