Nelkensamstagszug Moers — Carnival Parade

During the 2025 carnival, the route was shortened for security cost reasons — the parade did not go all the way to Trotzburg. Nevertheless, it attracted the usual Lower Rhine enthusiasm: floats, carnival societies, live music, candy rain. After the discussions in 2025, the city of Moers decided to fully cover the security costs from 2026 onwards, allowing the traditional route to return.
