In 2025, NDR continued its concert series in St. George's Church in Wismar. Against the Gothic brick backdrop, the ensembles of the North German Broadcasting performed symphonic programmes and festive Christmas music. The series »World-class in a World Heritage site« once again confirmed its status as a cultural highlight of the Hanseatic city.
The NDR Concerts in Wismar 2025 continued the series, established over 15 years ago, in St. George's Church. Against the impressive brick backdrop of the Gothic basilica, the ensembles of the North German Broadcasting performed.
The programme included symphonic concerts and festive Christmas music in the high nave of the church. The series »World-class in a World Heritage site« once again confirmed its appeal to classical music audiences from across the region in 2025.
