Edition 2025 — Nature Park and Town Festival
The Nature Park and Town Festival Ruhla 2025 once again brought together the town festival, nature park presentation, and local festival in the clock town on the Rennsteig. Information stands on forests and the environment, traditional competitions like log sawing and nail hammering, market activities, and a dance evening characterized the second weekend in June. The Town of Ruhla, the associations, and the Thuringian Forest Nature Park organized the weekend together.

The 2025 edition continued the proven format: market stalls in the town center, stage program, educational offerings from the Thuringian Forest Nature Park, traditional competitions, and a dance evening. The close integration of the town, associations, and nature park makes the festival unique — one of the few German town festivals that equally combines nature park educational work with a local festival and market.
