Overview

The 31st edition of Nation of Gondwana took place from July 17 to 20, 2025, at Waldsee near Grünefeld. Four days of House, Techno, Ambient, and live acts on multiple floors in the renatured gravel pit in Havelland, organized by the Pyonen collective. The festival remained true to its commercial-free, political-alternative profile — with workshops, awareness structures, and camping included in the price.

The Nation of Gondwana 2025 was celebrated from July 17 to 20, 2025, at Waldsee near Grünefeld — as the 31st edition of the Berlin festival classic. For four days, thousands of dancers spread across the various floors between the main stage, forest floors, and sandy beach.

The program continued the long-standing musical focus: deep House, classic and experimental Techno, Acid, Ambient, and live acts. As every year, workshops on queer-feminist, anti-racist, and ecological topics, along with a continuous awareness team, accompanied the musical program. Camping was, as always, included in the ticket price.

In 2025, the festival solidified its reputation as one of the last major commercial-free outdoor festivals in the Berlin electronic scene — far from major sponsor events and with a clear political profile.
