Before the premiere of Traumzeit, traditional castle festivals with a medieval focus were held at Hohennagold Castle Ruins. With the 2026 reform, the format will be completely shifted to families and fantasy.
Predecessor Format 2025
Before 2026, the city of Nagold organized castle festivals at Hohennagold Castle Ruins with a classic medieval focus — knight markets, mock combat, historical crafts. With the 2026 reform, this format is completely replaced by Nagolder Traumzeit, a family festival with a fairy tale and magic focus.
