Whit Sunday 2025 — Established Pentecost Tradition

The 2025 edition continued the tradition that has existed since 2002. Several Cottbus churches opened their doors for concerts, readings, Sorbian-Wendish dances, and quiet devotions. The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen Cottbus coordinated the ecumenical program and facilitated connections between the participating congregations. As every year, the night attracted a mixed audience — congregation members, city residents, tourists from Berlin and Lower Lusatia.
