Overview

The 28th edition of Spring Swabia took place in late May/early June 2025 in Ochsenhausen. Six concerts were held in the baroque monastery library and the Bräuhaussaal, under the artistic direction of Prof. Linus Roth. The music festival once again confirmed its status as one of Upper Swabia's most prestigious classical music events.

The 2025 edition once again brought high-caliber classical music to Ochsenhausen — chamber music, solo recitals, and ensemble programs in the unique atmosphere of the baroque monastery library. Prof. Linus Roth, as artistic director, once again focused on a mix of classical canon and rediscoveries.

The State Academy for Musical Youth in Baden-Württemberg, which supports the festival, reaffirmed its reputation as a fixture on the Southern German classical calendar with the 2025 edition — and was already preparing for the 2026 anniversary event.
