The Mühlhausen Plum Blossom Festival took place in 2025 for Whitsun in the historic old town. Four stages, over 40 acts, the Schmackadellenmarkt in Kuttelgasse, and the famous plum beer once again characterized the festival — a Whitsun tradition carried on since 1908.

The 2025 Plum Blossom Festival once again drew tens of thousands of visitors to Mühlhausen's old town for Whitsun. The four stages at Untermarkt, Kornmarkt, Obermarkt, and Kuttelgasse presented a wide spectrum from folk and pop to rock and electro-pop. The Schmackadellenmarkt in Kuttelgasse, with local specialties and plum beer, remained the culinary anchor of the festival.
