In 2025, Sarah Willis brought her Mozart und Mambo concept under the title «Mozart in Havana» to the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, with performances in the Reithalle Elmshorn and other venues. In 2026, the Norderstedt open-air version will follow on the Waldbühne on August 1st.

SHMF 2025: Mozart in Havana in Elmshorn

Sarah Willis was already a guest at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in 2025 with her program. Under the title «Mozart in Havana», she performed on August 5, 2025, in the Reithalle Elmshorn. The program followed the same idea: Mozart works merged with Latin American rhythms, complemented by Buena Vista classics — the Nordic summer with Cuban sound.

In 2026, the format returns to a new venue: the Waldbühne in Norderstedt's Stadtpark. Open-air, on August 1, 2026, at 7:30 PM — one of the most attractive classical summer nights in the state.
