The Moers Castle and Theatre Festival 2025 took place on Open Monument Day – Grafschafter Museum and Schlosstheater Moers together with theatre performances, concerts, and interactive history around Moers Castle. Annual double festival of the Grafschafter Museum and Schlosstheater Moers on Open Monument Day. Special castle opening and theatre festival season start around the castle, Musenhof, and Haus der Demokratiegeschichte.

The 2025 edition continued the Moers double festival format. Special castle opening, Schlosstheater season start, music concerts, and children's program marked the day.

Three locations in close proximity – Moers Castle as a medieval moated castle, Musenhof as the historic castle garden, and Haus der Demokratiegeschichte as a modern museum building. Theatre performances by Schlosstheater Moers offering insights into the upcoming season. Music concerts (classical, pop, folk) on several stages, dance presentations by modern dance companies and local groups. Interactive history with hands-on stations, children's program, food stalls in the castle courtyard.
