Overview

The 11th edition of the Metropolink Festival took place in August 2025 at Patrick-Henry-Village Heidelberg. Four days of festival for urban art with concerts, murals, and street art installations. The mix of contemporary music (Hip-Hop, Pop, Electro) and large-scale visual art further established the festival as one of Germany's most important urban art events.

The previous 2025 edition continued the successful format. The former US military site Patrick-Henry-Village once again proved to be the ideal festival stage — the monumental architecture and spacious outdoor areas offer room for ambitious mural works and a multi-layered music program.

With each year, the collection of murals on the PHV grounds grows — the former US residential blocks are becoming one of the largest open-air galleries for contemporary street art in Germany. In 2025, Metropolink solidified its position as an important platform for the international mural scene.
