The 54th edition of the Merzig Viezfest took place on German Unity Day 2025. Three stages, 35 stands, crowning of the new Viez royalty, and 30,000 visitors marked the festival day in Merzig's city center.

The 2025 edition offered the tried-and-tested program. With sunny autumn weather, 30,000 visitors flocked to Merzig's city center to drink Viez, eat Schwenker, and enjoy live music.
