Overview
The Meißen Wine Festival 2025 took place on the penultimate weekend of September — three days of wine, music, and festival parade in Meißen's city center. As in previous years, with an opening ceremony on Friday, a festival parade on Sunday, the DLRG torchlight parade, and fireworks to conclude.
2025 Edition
The Meißen Wine Festival 2025 followed the proven three-day format: opening with the Saxon Wine Queen on Friday evening, a full stage and wine program on Saturday and Sunday, the traditional festival parade through the old town on Sunday morning, the DLRG torchlight parade on the Elbe, and the grand fireworks display from Crassoberg as the finale. Saxon vintners from Meißen, Radebeul, Diesbar-Seußlitz, and other growing regions offered their selection, while local clubs and bands shaped the program.
