Overview

The 2025 edition of the Medieval St. Martin's Market took place on November 8 and 9 on Konrad-Adenauer-Platz in Bergisch Gladbach. Medieval crafts, hurdy-gurdy music, jesters, and the traditional stick bread characterized the weekend — a proven mix of historical atmosphere and family entertainment.

In 2025, the market ran from Saturday 6:30 PM to Sunday 6:00 PM. Over 20 exhibitors in authentic attire presented their crafts, complemented by live music, acrobatics, and jester performances. Mulled wine, mead, and hearty medieval dishes provided the culinary accompaniment.

The organizers, as in previous years, were RheinBergTourismus together with IG Bergisch Gladbach-Stadtmitte. The market once again confirmed its status as an atmospheric autumn event in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis.
