Overview

The medieval market in Maximilianpark Hamm 2025 transformed the meadow by the Glass Elephant into a medieval village for four days. The Tross der Fogelvreien staged the camp, complemented by around 20 craft and food stalls, taverns, the Asgard falconry show, Satolstelamanderfanz music, and Basseltan acrobatics. Families enjoyed the child-friendly activities — an established Hamm tradition.

Maximilianpark Hamm and the Tross der Fogelvreien hosted their annual medieval market in 2025. Four days of medieval reenactment with craft demonstrations, jousting tournaments, a falconry show, and medieval music. The family admission system and children's activities (archery, wooden carousels, ring toss) made the market a popular family outing destination in the Ruhr area — a well-established Hamm event tradition.
