The Medieval Market with Knights' Tournament Düsseldorf-Eller took place again in 2025 on the Schützenplatz. Three days of market, crafts, and knightly tournament with jousting demonstrations and fire spectacle attracted medieval enthusiasts from the Rhineland and Bergisches Land.
The 2025 edition confirmed the Medieval Market Eller as a regular event in the NRW medieval scene. The format of market, live crafts, and mounted knights' tournament has been consistently successful for years — one of the few Düsseldorf events that combines the living history element with a real riding tournament.
