Overview
The 2025 MeckProms once again offered a summer picnic concert by the Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin on the open-air stage in the Palace Gardens. Several thousand guests gathered with blankets and picnic baskets around the amphitheater and enjoyed an evening of classical music, film scores, and stage highlights as part of the Schlossfestspiele.
The 2025 summer edition continued the long-standing MeckProms series. The Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin performed a program of classical music and popular hits, embedded in the picnic atmosphere on the open-air stage. The format is considered one of the most popular program points of the Schlossfestspiele.
