Overview
In 2025, the Maikirmes Duisdorf again attracted thousands of visitors from Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district to Europaplatz and Rochusstraße around May 1st. Carousels, bumper cars, shooting galleries, and food stalls provided classic Rhenish spring fair atmosphere over several days in western Bonn. With the successful 2025 edition, the Ortsfestausschuss Duisdorf confirmed the tradition for the 2026 date.
The 2025 edition of the Maikirmes Duisdorf took place as usual around May 1st on Europaplatz. Families from western Bonn, Hardtberg, Bornheim, and Alfter frequented the fair, the showmen set up carousels, bumper cars, and food stalls, and the Ortsfestausschuss Duisdorf organized the event in its proven format – as a compact family fair with moderate prices.
