Overview

The 18th Long Night of Choirs took place on September 20, 2025, at the Reformationskirche Berlin-Moabit. 26 choirs and ensembles performed between 5:00 PM and midnight in 15-minute slots. The organizer was the Cantorei of the Reformationskirche; admission was free, donations welcome.

With its 18th edition, the Long Night of Choirs remained true to its tradition. 26 Berlin and regional choirs alternated on a September Saturday in 15-minute intervals. The range extended from children's choirs to men's and women's choirs, gospel ensembles, a cappella pop, and classical chamber choirs.

The event is considered one of Berlin's most characteristic choral projects. It operates without admission fees and is explicitly low-threshold – audiences and singers come from the immediate Moabit neighborhood as well as from all over Berlin and Brandenburg.
