The 3rd Long Night of Innovation and Culture Mannheim took place in April 2025. 12 locations, over 90 programme points, a free shuttle service, and free admission established the young format as an important annual city event. Organizers: City of Mannheim and Next Mannheim GmbH.

3rd Long Night 2025

The preceding 2025 edition solidified the format: on one spring evening, Mannheim's innovation and cultural venues opened their doors simultaneously. Visitors from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region took the opportunity to look behind the scenes of startups, research institutions, museums, and theatres. The free shuttle service allowed for relaxed travel between the 12 locations.

The format has now become a firm fixture in Mannheim's calendar as an annual city event — serving simultaneously as a networking evening for founders and creatives, and as an open encounter between the city's society and innovation and culture.
