Overview

The 29th LesArt Schwabach took place in November 2025 — nine days of literature in the Central Franconian gold-beating city with numerous author readings, newcomer presentations, and literary performances. Accompanied by an extensive school program for reading promotion at Schwabach schools.

29th LesArt 2025 — Shortly Before the Big Anniversary

The 2025 edition of LesArt seamlessly continued the nearly 30-year festival tradition. The Schwabach City Cultural Office invited authors from German-speaking countries and international guests for readings in the Central Franconian city. The program booklet, dates, and tickets were available via the website and Reservix.

In 2025, the close connection with the sister events in Ansbach and Lauf was also maintained — together they form the "Franconian Literary Days" with ten days of literature in the Franconian November. The school visits at Schwabach schools remained an integral part of the festival.
