Edition 2025 — Pilgrim Festival Lennep
The 2025 Lennep Pilgrim Festival, as usual, took place on a summer day on the Alter Markt in the historic district of Lennep. Live music, food, pilgrim passport service, and a guided hike were again the pillars of the program.
The 2025 Pilgrim Festival of Lenneper Pilgerfreunde e.V. was held on the Alter Markt in the heart of Remscheid-Lennep's historic old town — a local festival with a pilgrim theme, anchoring the Bergisch section of the Jakobsweg. From 11 AM, there was live music, food, and drinks, along with the association's stand offering information, pilgrim souvenirs, and a stamping service for pilgrim credentials. As usual, the festival was part of the Lenneper Sommer and attracted visitors from the Bergisches Land, the Ruhr area, and Cologne.
