Overview

In 2025, the Lausitz Festival once again brought top international artists to Upper and Lower Lusatia. Over three weeks in September, concerts, theatre evenings, and dance performances took place at venues in Cottbus, Görlitz, Weißwasser, Forst, Zittau, and in Upper Lusatia — including Herrnhut. Lausitz Festival 2025

The Lausitz Festival took place for the sixth time in 2025. As in previous years, it brought international classical stars, theatre makers, dancers, and visual artists to Upper and Lower Lusatia over three weeks in September — from Cottbus to Görlitz, Weißwasser, Forst, Zittau, and Herrnhut.
