Edition 2025 — Lantern Procession Pölchow
In 2025, the Pölchow Volunteer Fire Brigade once again invited attendees to the lantern procession with autumn fire in October. Children paraded through the village with lanterns, and at the large autumn fire, the village community gathered for stick bread, mulled wine, and socialising. The camaraderie evening confirmed the lantern procession as a fixed autumn event in Pölchow.
The 2025 edition followed the established format: an evening lantern procession for children, followed by the autumn fire in the village of Pölchow.
As in previous years, the fire brigade lit the large fire, around which the village community enjoyed stick bread, mulled wine, and conversation. The camaraderie evening reaffirmed the lantern procession as a staple autumn event in Pölchow.
