Overview
In 2025, the Langer Tag der StadtNatur also opened its 150 gates on the Pentecost weekend: 500 events, from bat tours in Spandau to nightingale concerts at Müggelsee, attracted around 20,000 Berliners to urban nature.
The 19th edition followed the established format of the Stiftung Naturschutz Berlin: 28 hours of programming, a child-friendly daytime track, an adventurous night track with bat observations, secret nature spots, and access to normally closed properties. The festival once again confirmed its special role in Berlin's event calendar: no one else makes urban nature so comprehensively accessible.
