Edition 2025 — State Miners' Day
The mining community of Saxony-Anhalt met again in July 2025 at the Röhrigschacht Wettelrode mine. The program included a festival parade, a ceremonial event with speeches and awards, miners' brass bands, and mine tours.
The 2025 edition confirmed the State Miners' Day's firm place in the calendar of East German miners' associations. The souvenir mile on the previous day and the festival parade of the mining guilds attracted mining enthusiasts from across the entire Central German mining region.
