Overview

The Lampertheim Asparagus Festival 2025 took place, as always, on the second weekend in June, with the opening on Friday evening, the main culinary program on Saturday, and the traditional Asparagus Market on Sunday in Ernst-Ludwig-Straße. Three days of asparagus culture in the southern Hessian 'Asparagus Capital'.

The 2025 edition followed the proven format with a clear focus on asparagus, regional direct marketers, and a culinary city festival. Lampertheim's associations and restaurateurs served asparagus specialties, live bands provided the musical accompaniment, and the Sunday market was, as always, the highlight for connoisseurs and collectors of regional specialties.

Programme

Classic program of the Asparagus Festival: Opening Friday evening with Asparagus Queen appearance, culinary program Saturday with all asparagus variations, Asparagus Market Sunday in Ernst-Ludwig-Straße with direct marketers from the region. Live music and funfair throughout all three days.
