The 2025 edition of lab.30 ran from October 30 to November 2 at Kulturhaus abraxas. International and national media artists presented interactive installations, experimental concerts, and performances — with free admission, as always. In 2025, the festival also expanded its scope to include St. Thaddäus Church and KARO10 in the city center.
Looking Back at lab.30 2025
From October 30 to November 2, 2025, lab.30 showcased contemporary media art at Kulturhaus abraxas and other venues in Augsburg. The edition once again demonstrated the opportunities and risks of technological possibilities and posed the question of the role of digital tools in artistic creation. Experimental concerts and performances were held at St. Thaddäus Church in addition to Kulturhaus abraxas.
