2025 Edition

In 2025, Kultursommer Nordschwarzwald held its 5th edition, attracting several tens of thousands of visitors to the region between Pforzheim, Calw, and Freudenstadt. Sub-festivals such as the Happiness Festival, ENZ live, Rossini in Wildbad, and the Klostersommer Hirsau formed the highlights.

The theatre production at Burg Zavelstein became a crowd-puller, and the street theatre festival in Pforzheim — "Sommersprossen" — established itself as a fixture in the Southern German street theatre calendar. The organizers drew a positive conclusion and announced the 6th edition in 2026 with Jonas Gavriil as the opening artist.
